I just did something I've been meaning to do for a while and set up a community for my graphics and fic rather than posting it here. Two reasons:

(1) I realised a few months ago that for people to subscribe to updates from me they have to friend this journal, which means giving me access to friends-only posts in their journals -- and the whole idea of that makes me uncomfortable; posting to a community which people can watch circumvents that issue.

(2) It's just a hassle, all this logging in and out. It's time-consuming.

I thought about mirroring the existing content of this journal over there but I decided not to as it is all archived here anyway. captaindove suggested posting my favourite entries over there, which is something I'm considering but it's equally likely that I will just use it for new work. I won't be deleting this journal, but I won't be updating it after this post either. If you're still interested in following updates from me then please feel free to watch the community:

I've been experimenting with animated gifs for Tumblr -- and I thought I would round up more or less everything I've made so far into a post over here.

006-014 Alice in Wonderland
015-034 Fantasia

We're all mad here. (image heavy).Collapse )
